Iran’s Art Bureau offers movies at European Film Market

Iran’s Art Bureau has begun offering a list of its latest productions at the European Film Market (EFM) in Germany.

The market which is currently underway on the sidelines of the 67th edition of the Berlin International Film Festival in Germany will run until February 17.

‘Under the Smoky Roof’ directed by Pouran Derakhshandeh, ‘Subdue’ directed by Hamid Nematollah, ‘Humane Comedy’ directed by Mohammad-Hadi Karimi and ‘21 Days Later’ by Mohammadreza Kheradmandan are among the Iranian movies offered at the market.

The market also has offered documentaries ‘Cup of Hassanlou’ and ‘Tehran; a Conceptual Art’, both made by veteran Iranian director Mohammadreza Aslani.

The list of Iranian production includes two more documentaries and eleven short films.

More than 9,000 producers, buyers, sales agents, distributors, exhibitors and financiers from some 100 countries are visiting the European market.

The Berlin International Film Festival (also called the Berlinale), is one of the world's leading film festivals and most reputable media events, annually held in Berlin, Germany.
